1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Venus Casinos (“Venus Casinos”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of lottery.venuscasinos.com, including browsing competitions, purchasing entries, receiving ticket numbers, participating in prize draws, accessing promotional offers and affiliate activities, and interacting with competitions offered by approved hosts through our platform.
By accessing or using the website, creating an account, purchasing an entry or participating in a competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable competition-specific rules.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the relevant services or participate in competitions.
Individual competitions may have additional terms. Those terms must be read together with these general Terms and Conditions. Where a competition-specific term conflicts with these general terms, the applicable competition-specific term will govern that competition only to the extent permitted by law.
2. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
- Platform: The Venus Casinos website and associated services.
- Promoter: Venus Global Investments Ltd, trading as Venus Casinos.
- Host or Vendor: An approved third party permitted to offer competitions or prizes through the Platform.
- Competition: A prize competition, draw, giveaway or other promotional activity listed on the Platform.
- Participant or Customer: An eligible person who enters a Competition.
- Entry or Ticket: A valid participation record associated with a Competition.
- Competition Rules: The additional rules displayed for an individual Competition.
- Affiliate: A person or business approved to promote the Platform through an authorised referral arrangement.
3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase entries or participate in a Competition, unless a different minimum age is required by applicable law, in which case the higher requirement applies.
3.2. You must reside in, or otherwise be legally permitted to participate from, a jurisdiction in which the relevant Competition is lawful.
3.3. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with the laws applicable to you.
3.4. We reserve the right to request proof of identity, age, residence or other eligibility information before confirming an entry or awarding a prize.
3.5. Employees, contractors, hosts, affiliates and their immediate family members may be excluded from particular Competitions where stated in the Competition Rules or required to protect the integrity of the draw.
3.6. We may refuse or cancel participation where a person is ineligible or where participation would breach applicable law or the Competition Rules.
4. Accounts and Customer Information
4.1. You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering an account or placing an order.
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.
4.3. You must not create accounts using false identities, impersonate another person, provide misleading information or use another person’s payment details without authorisation.
4.4. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4.5. We may restrict, suspend or review accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, identity misuse, unlawful participation or a breach of these Terms. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond.
5. Competitions and Entry Information
5.1. The Platform may display Competitions offered by Venus Casinos or approved Hosts, subject to the applicable operating arrangements and legal requirements.
5.2. Each Competition listing should state, as applicable:
- The prize or prizes available.
- The entry price and permitted methods of entry.
- The maximum or minimum number of entries, where applicable.
- Whether participants may select their own ticket numbers or numbers are assigned automatically.
- The opening and closing dates and times.
- Eligibility requirements and entry limits.
- The method and scheduled date or conditions for determining the winner.
- Any additional rules, restrictions or prize-fulfilment conditions.
5.3. You must review the Competition Rules before entering. If any material information is unclear, contact support before purchasing an entry.
5.4. A Competition may be entered only through the methods made available on the Platform or expressly stated in its Competition Rules.
5.5. We may reject an entry that is incomplete, unpaid, invalid, duplicated contrary to the Competition Rules or otherwise ineligible.
5.6. A Competition will not necessarily close or be drawn merely because a particular number of tickets has been sold unless the Competition Rules expressly provide for that condition.
6. Payments and Ticket Purchases
6.1. Entry prices and available payment methods will be displayed during the purchase process.
6.2. An order is subject to successful payment processing, eligibility checks and any other applicable requirements.
6.3. An order confirmation or payment notification does not by itself guarantee eligibility if the order is subsequently found to be invalid, fraudulent or contrary to the Competition Rules.
6.4. Entries must not be considered confirmed until the Platform records a valid entry in accordance with the applicable Competition Rules.
6.5. You must not attempt to manipulate payment processing, exploit technical errors, reverse legitimate transactions fraudulently or obtain entries without paying the required amount.
6.6. Prices, applicable taxes and any additional charges will be presented as required by applicable law.
7. Ticket Number Allocation and Confirmation
7.1. Depending on the Competition, participants may be permitted to select available ticket numbers, receive numbers automatically, or participate through another clearly described allocation method.
7.2. Where number selection is available, selected numbers remain subject to availability and successful completion of the order.
7.3. Where automatic allocation is used, the Platform will assign ticket numbers according to the configured allocation method for that Competition.
7.4. Each valid entry will be recorded against the relevant Competition and order in the Platform’s records.
7.5. Ticket numbers and entry confirmation details may be displayed in the participant’s account, order confirmation page or confirmation email, depending on the features available for the Competition.
7.6. Participants should retain their order confirmation and check that the ticket information received corresponds with their purchase. Any discrepancy should be reported to support promptly.
7.7. A ticket number is evidence of an entry only where the associated entry is valid under the Competition Rules. A ticket number alone does not guarantee a prize.
7.8. Where the Platform experiences a technical issue affecting ticket allocation, we may investigate the relevant records and take reasonable corrective action consistent with the Competition Rules and applicable law.
8. Winner Selection and Draw Integrity
8.1. Winners will be determined using the method stated in the relevant Competition Rules.
8.2. Where a Competition uses a random draw or spinning-wheel mechanism, the draw will be conducted using the method and eligible entry pool described for that Competition.
8.3. Where a Competition uses a different selection method, including a skill-based or judged process, that method must be disclosed in the Competition Rules.
8.4. The draw method, eligible entries, closing time and any relevant conditions will be applied consistently in accordance with the published rules.
8.5. We may retain relevant records relating to entries, payments, ticket allocation and draw results for verification, dispute resolution, compliance and audit purposes.
8.6. We will not knowingly manipulate a draw to favour a particular participant. Suspected technical errors, fraud or irregularities may require an investigation before a result is confirmed.
8.7. A published result may be corrected if a material error is identified, subject to the Competition Rules and applicable law. Any material correction will be communicated appropriately.
8.8. No person is guaranteed to win by purchasing an entry.
9. Winner Notification and Publication
9.1. Winners will ordinarily be contacted using the email address, telephone number or other contact details provided with their account or entry.
9.2. Where stated in the Competition Rules, we may publish the winning ticket number, prize, draw result or winner’s name, subject to applicable privacy requirements and any necessary consent.
9.3. A winner may be required to verify their identity, eligibility and compliance with the Competition Rules before a prize is released.
9.4. Unless a Competition’s rules state otherwise, a winner should respond to a prize notification within 14 days.
9.5. If a winner does not respond within the specified period, cannot be verified, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, we may follow the alternative procedure stated in the Competition Rules, which may include selecting an alternative winner where lawful.
9.6. We will not automatically forfeit a prize solely because of a communication failure where applicable law or the Competition Rules require another procedure.
9.7. Winners should be cautious of unsolicited messages requesting passwords, payment details or unexpected fees to release a prize. Official prize verification should be conducted through our published contact channels.
10. Prizes and Fulfilment
10.1. The prize awarded will be the prize described in the applicable Competition listing and Competition Rules, subject to any clearly disclosed conditions.
10.2. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the Competition Rules expressly allow it or applicable law requires otherwise.
10.3. Prize images are illustrative where expressly indicated. Any material differences between an image and the actual prize should be disclosed in the Competition listing.
10.4. Prize delivery, collection, handover, warranties and other fulfilment arrangements will be specified in the Competition Rules or communicated to the winner.
10.5. The party responsible for supplying and delivering a prize will depend on the Competition’s stated arrangements. Approved Hosts must fulfil their stated obligations, and Venus Casinos will administer its own obligations under the applicable terms.
10.6. Where a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond reasonable control, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the situation in accordance with the Competition Rules and applicable law. A substitute prize will not be materially different or of lesser value unless permitted by the published terms and applicable law.
10.7. Any taxes or duties imposed on a winner in connection with a prize are the winner’s responsibility to the extent required by law. This does not exclude any tax obligations that legally belong to the Promoter or Host.
11. Cancellations, Refunds and Competition Changes
11.1. A request for a refund, cancellation or correction will be assessed under the applicable Competition Rules, payment-provider requirements and consumer-protection law.
11.2. Entries are not ordinarily refundable merely because a participant changes their mind, selects an unintended number or no longer wishes to participate, except where the Competition Rules or applicable law provide otherwise.
11.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any non-waivable statutory right to a refund, cancellation or other remedy.
11.4. We or the relevant Host may need to postpone, suspend, cancel or amend a Competition because of legal requirements, a material technical problem, suspected fraud, prize unavailability or another significant circumstance.
11.5. Where a Competition is cancelled or materially changed, we will communicate the change and explain the applicable process for affected entries, including any refund or alternative remedy required by the Competition Rules or applicable law.
11.6. We will not use a general right to change these Terms to remove an entry or prize entitlement already earned without a lawful basis.
11.7. Refunds, where approved or required, will ordinarily be processed using the original payment method where practicable, subject to payment-provider procedures and applicable law.
12. Host and Vendor Terms
12.1. Businesses or individuals wishing to list Competitions must apply for and obtain approval as a Host or Vendor where required by the Platform.
12.2. Hosts must provide accurate information about their identity, business, prize, entry arrangements, eligibility requirements, closing dates, draw process and prize fulfilment.
12.3. Hosts must ensure they have the legal right to offer the prize and any necessary permissions, licences, consents or authorisations to conduct and promote their Competition.
12.4. Hosts must not publish misleading claims, conceal material conditions, manipulate entries, misrepresent prize availability or engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
12.5. Hosts must comply with the Competition Rules, Platform requirements, applicable laws and any separate vendor agreement.
12.6. Hosts are responsible for fulfilling the obligations allocated to them under the relevant Competition, including supplying or delivering the prize where applicable.
12.7. We may review, reject, suspend or remove a Host or Competition where we reasonably believe that it breaches these Terms, poses a material risk to participants, contains misleading information or may violate applicable law.
12.8. Hosts must cooperate reasonably with investigations into complaints, payment disputes, ticket allocation errors, draw irregularities and prize-fulfilment issues.
12.9. Host approval does not constitute a guarantee by Venus Casinos of a Host’s commercial performance, product quality or ability to fulfil every obligation. This does not exclude any responsibility that Venus Casinos has under applicable law or its own stated commitments.
12.10. Hosting fees, commissions, settlement arrangements, withdrawal procedures and other commercial terms will be governed by the applicable Host or Vendor agreement and disclosed platform terms.
13. Platform Fees and Host Payments
13.1. Any platform commission, hosting fee or other charge applicable to a Host will be communicated through the applicable vendor agreement or platform settings.
13.2. Host balances and withdrawals are subject to the applicable settlement terms, payment-provider requirements, verification checks and lawful deductions.
13.3. We may delay a payment where reasonably necessary to investigate a suspected fraudulent transaction, unresolved chargeback, material accounting discrepancy or legal compliance issue.
13.4. Any withholding, deduction or adjustment must have a basis in the applicable agreement, payment-provider rules or law.
13.5. These Terms do not guarantee that every order will result in an immediate Host payout.
14. Affiliate Programme
14.1. Participation in the Affiliate Programme is subject to approval and any separate affiliate terms.
14.2. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, approved affiliates may earn a commission of 10% on eligible sales properly tracked through their authorised referral links.
14.3. A commission is earned only where the sale satisfies the applicable attribution, validation, cancellation and payment conditions.
14.4. Commissions may be withheld or reversed for cancelled orders, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals or other transactions excluded under the affiliate terms.
14.5. Affiliate payouts are made monthly through the payment methods and payout thresholds communicated to approved affiliates.
14.6. Affiliates must not use spam, misleading advertising, unauthorised brand representations, fake accounts, deceptive referral practices or unlawful promotional methods.
14.7. Affiliates must disclose material commercial relationships where required by law.
14.8. We may suspend an affiliate account or withhold disputed commissions while investigating suspected abuse, subject to the applicable affiliate agreement and law.
15. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention
You must not:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
- Submit false identity, payment or eligibility information.
- Attempt to obtain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or records.
- Manipulate ticket allocation, draw outcomes, affiliate tracking or order processing.
- Use bots or automated methods to obtain entries or interfere with the Platform contrary to the Competition Rules.
- Submit fraudulent chargebacks or knowingly exploit technical errors.
- Harass other participants, Hosts, affiliates or staff.
- Publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.
- Use the Platform in a manner that compromises its security or integrity.
Where we reasonably suspect a breach, we may investigate, restrict relevant activity, preserve records and take proportionate action. Any cancellation of entries, withholding of prizes or restriction of accounts will be subject to the applicable Competition Rules and law.
We may report suspected criminal conduct to the relevant authorities where appropriate or legally required.
16. Responsible Participation
16.1. Participation should be considered a form of paid entertainment, not a means of earning income or recovering financial losses.
16.2. You should only spend amounts you can afford to lose and should not borrow money to participate.
16.3. Do not participate if doing so would breach a legal restriction or create financial hardship.
16.4. We encourage participants to take breaks and seek support if participation becomes difficult to control.
16.5. Where required or supported by the applicable regulatory framework, we will provide information about responsible participation and relevant support services.
17. Intellectual Property and Content
17.1. Unless otherwise stated, the Platform’s software, branding, logos, designs, text and other materials are owned by or licensed to Venus Casinos.
17.2. You may access and use the Platform for its intended purpose, but may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
17.3. Hosts remain responsible for ensuring that they have permission to use any product images, trademarks, videos, descriptions and other content they submit.
17.4. By submitting content for publication, you grant Venus Casinos the non-exclusive permission necessary to host, display and promote that content in connection with the relevant Competition and Platform services, subject to any separate agreement and applicable law.
17.5. You must not upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
18. Privacy and Personal Information
18.1. We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
18.2. Personal information may be used, as appropriate, to create and administer accounts, process orders, allocate entries, verify eligibility, notify winners, fulfil prizes, prevent fraud, provide customer support and comply with legal obligations.
18.3. Personal information may be shared with relevant payment processors, Hosts, service providers or authorities where necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy or where otherwise permitted or required by law.
18.4. We do not sell personal information to third parties as a business practice.
18.5. We take reasonable measures to protect personal information but cannot guarantee that any internet-based system is completely secure.

19. Website Availability and Third-Party Services

19.2. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security measures, technical faults or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
19.3. The Platform may rely on third-party payment processors, email services, hosting providers and other service providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and availability limitations.
19.4. We will take reasonable steps to address material technical problems affecting entries, payments or Competition records.
19.5. A technical problem will not automatically invalidate a participant’s rights where those rights are protected by the Competition Rules or applicable law.
20. Limitation of Liability
20.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
20.2. Subject to that restriction, Venus Casinos will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from ordinary use of the Platform where such exclusion is permitted by law.
20.3. We are not responsible for independent acts or omissions of third-party Hosts beyond responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law or expressly accepted by us.
20.4. We will not be responsible for a failure caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, provided this does not remove obligations that remain enforceable under applicable law.
20.5. Nothing in these Terms removes any applicable consumer rights, statutory remedies or obligations relating to paid entries, prize fulfilment, data protection or payment processing.
21. Suspension and Termination
21.1. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
21.2. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, security concerns, legal requirements or misuse of the Platform.
21.3. Where appropriate and legally permissible, we will provide notice of a suspension or termination and information about any available review process.
21.4. Suspension or termination does not automatically extinguish accrued rights, valid entries, refund entitlements or other obligations that survive under the Competition Rules or applicable law.
22. Changes to These Terms
22.1. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform, Competition procedures, commercial arrangements, security requirements or applicable law.
22.2. The current version will be published on this page with its latest update date.
22.3. Where a change materially affects existing participants or an active Competition, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected persons where required or appropriate.
22.4. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already accrued under an existing Competition except where a lawful basis permits the change.
22.5. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Complaints and Disputes
23.1. If you have a complaint about an order, ticket allocation, Competition result, Host, payment or prize, contact [email protected] with your order number and relevant details.
23.2. We will review complaints reasonably and may request additional information to verify the issue.
23.3. Complaints concerning a particular Host may be referred to that Host where appropriate, without removing any responsibilities Venus Casinos has under applicable law.
23.4. Nothing in this section prevents a participant from exercising a statutory right or contacting a relevant regulatory or consumer-protection authority.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to operate subject to the laws of Curacao and any other mandatory laws applicable to the relevant Competition or participant.
Any dispute will be handled by a court or other competent body with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory protection or forum right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. General Provisions
25.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
25.2. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically constitute a waiver of that provision.
25.3. These Terms, together with the applicable Competition Rules, Privacy Policy and any relevant Host or Affiliate agreement, form the terms governing the relevant use of the Platform.
25.4. These Terms do not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between Venus Casinos and a participant, Host or affiliate unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
25.5. Headings are included for convenience and do not determine the interpretation of these Terms.
